Years in the making, this project is a testament to meticulous planning and thoughtful design. What began as a charming but outdated 1930s house was completely reimagined—taken down to the studs inside and out—and rebuilt to embrace all the comforts of modern living.

The floor plan was carefully reworked to create a larger, more functional kitchen, ceilings were raised to enhance light and space, and a new laundry/mud room was added for everyday convenience. Every inch of the compact 1,200-square-foot footprint was maximized through intelligent space planning, with finishes, fixtures, and furnishings selected to bring timeless elegance and modern function together seamlessly.

The result is a home that honors its historic character while offering the style, comfort, and livability of today.
